MOMENTOUS had the great pleasure of again partnering with Palm Springs Art Museum to produce Art Party 2025, the museum’s signature fundraising gala experience. Staged within the iconic museum itself, this elevated evening designed as Cosmic Odyssey, in part to align with the event’s honoree, the event hosted 400 guests. The evening included an outdoor cocktail reception in a sculpture garden followed by a live art auction in the museum theater and a silent auction hosted online. Guests then moved to a curated and exciting reception with layered seating styles, food stations, atmospheric entertainment and dancing. Strategic event services provided included advanced site logistics, entertainment, marketing communications, public relations, event collateral, fundraising advisory, décor and design, advanced technical production, live and silent auction advisory and overall event management, design and production of the event.
